The importance lies in the partnership approach whereby we strive for a close co-operation and teamwork with our clients in order to meet their expectations. This includes analyzing and evaluating the customer’s requirements in different areas such as packaging design and innovation, suitability of packaging materials, technical feasibility of the equipment, production constraints and flexibility for future changes. As such we get involved with project engineers, product managers, marketing people and at operational level with factory and production managers.

The other important factor is the solutions driven approach, which means that we not just supply a piece of equipment but ensure that we understand the results we have to achieve together with our clients. This includes issues such as considering cost effective packaging, incorporating new packaging trends, clarifying material specifications, selecting suitable machinery to meet production efficiencies, creating awareness of possible limitations, taking existing skill levels and operating conditions into account, etc.
